Providing a strong thrust to the domain of human resources knowledge at XLRI is SAPPHIRE, the Students' Association for the Promotion of Personnel Management, Human Resources and Industrial Relations at XLRI.
Founded in 1989, the student body aims to integrate the experiences of practitioners with the knowledge of academicians in human resource development by organizing a consortium of events every year, that serve as platforms for deliberating and discussing state of the art HR practices.
