ETHICS CASE STUDY COMPETITION

With the aim of addressing unethical practices in many global conglomerates, a case study was presented to the participating teams. The teams competed to formulate an in-depth analysis of the case and present possible solutions to the ethical dilemma highlighted in the case.

DOMESTIC ENQUIRY

In this round, the participants, after going through a case study related to a misconduct, presented the proceedings of a domestic enquiry as it occurs in organisations in the form of a roleplay.

HR STRATEGY SIMULATION

A business simulation, designed to test participants' critical thinking and decision making skills. The participants engaged in decision making with respect to various Human Resource problems in face of imperfect information, under conditions of uncertainty, and within time and budget constraints.
