Mr. Sahil is a Certified MBTI and NLP Practitioner, a regular columnist and visiting faculty at leading business schools across the country. In his current role at KPMG, he is the National Head for Early Careers Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Transformation. Being a certified design thinker, he loves flirting with ideas as he designs prototypes to re-define human experiences.

A XISS, Ranchi alumnus, Mr. Tirthankar has extensive experience spanning across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Career and Succession Management & Plant HR and has worked with renowned Corporates namely Bata, Dabur, Nestle and Kolher India. He has a proven track record of building high-performance teams in the media and consumer sectors.

A Human Resources leader with over 26 years of experience across diverse industries, from Manufacturing to Hospitality, IT, E-commerce, Insurance, Retail and Consumer Internet Services. Mr. Anil has been the CHRO of both Fortune 500 global listed companies and Indian promoters-led consumer Internet Start-ups. He has a proven track record of managing scale and complexity in large-scale retail operations.

Ms. Nimisha comes with almost 2 decades of experience in human resource. She has worked primarily in the consulting industry and has led people functions in leading consulting firms like Accenture, and BCG. She is the CHRO for A&M India currently and is working towards making A&M India one of the most sought after employee friendly places to work.

Mr. Santosh is a commercially astute leader with 23 years of experience in both start-ups and established corporations. He is responsible for designing and developing Gartner's India people strategy with a focus on engagement, retention, employee experience and building a high-performance culture. He also serves as a Director on the Board of the company.

Mr. Agarwal has been working as an HR professional for over 15 years and is a Gold Medallist from XISS Ranchi. As Chief People Officer of Tata Steel Long Products, he oversees HR/IR, CSR, Corporate Services and Corporate Communications. He was recognized as HR Leader of the Year by Economic Times in 2022.

Mr. Sabyasachi Ray has more than 18 years of rich experience across various domains including alignment of HR strategy, creating future-ready organisation structures, and managing mergers. An alum of XLRI, he is a certified coach and MBTI practitioner. He has been part of several national award-winning HR teams.

Mr. Ruchir Jhingran is the Vice President and Head of Human Resources of the Personal Care Business at ITC. With over 18 years of experience, he has led teams in areas of talent management, labour relations, and workforce planning. He is an alum of SCMHRD Pune and has extensive experience in the FMCG sector.

Nabamita Banerjee served as the Head of Human Resources at Tata Starbucks for over five years, bringing more than 18 years of diverse HR experience from the Retail, IT, and QSR industries. Her expertise includes business partnering, talent management, and organizational development. She is passionate about fostering inclusion and building a purpose-driven work culture.
