Deepak Kamath is the CEO and Managing Director of Tata Steel Support Services Limited. With extensive experience in leadership and operations within the Tata Group, he has been instrumental in driving excellence and strategic growth. His expertise lies in managing large-scale operations and fostering a culture of innovation and performance across the organization.

Joydeep Ghosh serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at IndiGo. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he has over two decades of experience across diverse industries including Telecom, Insurance, and FMCG. He previously held senior HR leadership roles at Lotte India, Vodafone Idea, and Max Life Insurance, focusing on strategic HR business partnering and organizational effectiveness.

Krishna Raghavan was the Chief People Officer at Flipkart, where he was responsible for designing and driving initiatives to attract and retain talent, build competencies, and strengthen the company's culture. Prior to this, he was the Technology Head for Flipkart's Fulfilment and Services groups. With over two decades of experience, he is a champion of driving a people-first culture in large-scale technology organizations.
